 |  The friendliest park we have stayed in.Rex & Heather were very helpful nothing was too much trouble great to have an en-suite spotlessly clean.Rex showed us all the good fishing spots we can't wait to come back and see Harry the most lovable dog.Enjoyed having drinks with Rex & Heather and other grey nomads really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Idleours but would recommend to ring to book as it is always busy. | Being new to caravaning we picked this park out of the RACV park guide. What a great choice we were made very welcome including our dog meg and grandaughter Olivia. Rex has done a great job the park is spottless lawns are neat ,ensuite is clean bbq is cleaned every day. Rex and Heather come and have a chat and drink with you every night. We have had 3 trips to Lakes since we got the van. We are heading to W.A. end of Feb for 3 months so i hope we get nice parks like this one. When we get back we will make Idleours our home base 3 or 4 times a year . Thanks Rex and Heather . | What a find! Idleours Caravan Park is the best in Lakes Entrance. Individual ensuites for all sites and all facilities spotlessly clean. Rex and Heather are the friendliest and most helpful couple and make you feel very much at home. | My wife Kim and I stayed at Idleours for 2 weeks just on Christmas. It is a small and exclusive park just great for couples. We have stayed at many parks over a number of years however, this is the first park we would rate at 10 out of 10. On top of that our hosts Rex and Heather are just the nicest people you will ever meet. This park is spoltlessly clean, our ensuite amenities perfect and Rex has done a great job with the brilliant barbecue area where we enjoyed Christmas lunch with our hosts.Thanks Rex and Heather for making our holidays so enjoyable. | This little spot is going to be so popular, it will be hard to book in to. Brilliant, exclusive, immaculately clean, small and intimate - what a find ! Grey Nomads - great place to meet up with friends and have a BBQ, or sneak away by yourselves. Hosts: Rex, Heather and Harry were extremely friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to return. | We had an amazing stay with our tent on an ensuite site. This has to be the cleanest, friendliest park around. Rex and Heather were fantastic hosts and they gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. | Idleours was a fantastic stop over for myself and my dog Moo. Rex and Heather are wonderful friendly people, who treated me and Moo like old friends and made sure that everything was spot on. The park is in a great location, well laid out and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. We would love to visit again soon. Thanks guys!! | My wife and I have stayed in many parks around Australia and this one has to be rated among the friendliest and cleanest we have come across.Rex has the time to have a chat and make sure everything is as it should be,not like the big chain parks who take your money and say nothing more. Rates here are good and reasonable and close to town and the beach.Enjoyed our stay very much. | We came to celebrate a 40th Birthday and our 10 year Wedding Anniversary. Rex had just taken over the park, and was just finding his footing.We couldn't have asked for any better service. With six families all together we were made extremely welcome. Being dog friendly was a huge advantage. Thanks Rex and Heather for a fantastic weekend, and we will be back in the future. | My wife Sharon and I spotted this place from the road going into town and thought we'd ask if they had a cabin for a few nights. We were met by Rex and shown the cabin which was clean and tidy. We have had a great time here and recommend it highly to anyone. Very quiet and small pet friendly. Close to town. Laundry facilities and BBQ area as well.
